A work of art and an item of sitting or reclining furniture at the same time. The concept of Lava is as diverse as its uses. Amorphous and flowing forms invite you to relax in different sitting and reclining positions on several levels. The vertical variance reaches down to the floor; soft upholstered mats transform even this surface into part of the furniture. Further, constantly new forms and figures emerge by moving the backrest horizontally. The Lava is furniture, landscape, and sculpture. Unusual in its uses, unique in its design.
